Tadalafil is a pde5 inhibitor given by the oral route. It's typically used in the urology category.
After one oral dose you'd typically start noticing the effect in 30 min – 1 hr. The drug reaches its highest blood level in about 2 hr, and a single dose usually keeps working for around 1 day – 1.5 days.
Swallow with water; check the label for food restrictions. Long-acting — take at roughly the same time each day for steady levels.
